4) We train our supervisors, managers and production staff on the latest techniques on Food Safety and Food Handling.

5) We submit to independent third party inspections, evaluations and grading of our Food Safety programs and Production Facilities.

6) We group varieties for maximum shelf life.

7) We accurately monitor and control temperature and humidity of trucks and shipping containers.

8) We move shipping containers carefully. Rough or excessive handling can cause damage to almost any fresh produce.

1) PDC has our own Honey pomelo orchards with the size of about 450 acres and processing factory about 10,000 square meters.

2) PDC hire agriculture experts to do research in our own orchard and improve the growing technology. These experts are also sent to guide the peasants on how to manage the pomelo trees at each stages of time from blooming to harvesting and even after harvest. So we have direct and scientific controls on every piece of pomelo.

3) Our pomelos are covered with paper bags when they are growing. The paper bags ensure that all the pomelos come out with nice color, clean skin, and most importantly, by these bags, we control the pesticide residue to the lowest.
